At Fame Outfits, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, so we've created a return policy that is simple, fair, and customer-friendly.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 30 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.

🌍 Return Eligibility – India Only

Currently, we only accept returns for orders shipped within India. We do not process international returns at this time.

🚚 Return Shipping Policy

• If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preferences, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.

• If the return is due to a mistake on our end—such as a defective product, wrong item sent, or damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange for pickup.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

📝 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

• Order Number

• Item(s) you want to return

• Reason for return

• Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

💸 Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
